These terms apply to purchases made through The Tiny Hollow's Squarespace storefront. If you're ordering through Etsy, Etsy's own Terms of Service apply to that transaction.
1. About Our Products
The Tiny Hollow sells small-batch, handmade polymer clay goods — including earrings, worry stones, bag charms, brooches, and miniatures — as well as digital products such as downloadable digital files.
Handmade Variation
Because our physical products are made by hand in small batches, each piece is unique. Variations in color, size, texture, and finish are inherent to the process and are not defects. Product photos are representative, not exact replicas of the item you'll receive.
Digital Products
Digital products are delivered electronically. By purchasing a digital product, you agree to the following:
Files are for personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially reproduce files or items made from them without written permission.
All sales of digital products are final. Due to the nature of digital delivery, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on digital files once downloaded.
Files are provided as-is and are not guaranteed to be compatible with all software or systems. It is your responsibility to verify compatibility before purchasing.
2. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice. Your order is confirmed at the price displayed at the time of purchase.
Payment is processed securely through Squarespace's payment system. The Tiny Hollow does not store your payment information.
3. All Sales Final
All purchases through this storefront are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at support@thetinyhollow.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll make it right.
We are not responsible for damage that occurs after delivery, or for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
4. Shipping
We ship domestic orders within the United States through this storefront. Processing time is listed on individual product pages and may vary based on order volume and production schedule.
Once an order ships, delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control.
International Orders
International shipping is available through our Etsy shop only. Please visit The Tiny Hollow on Etsy for international orders. We do not ship internationally through this website.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including product designs, photographs, text, graphics, and digital files — is the original work of The Tiny Hollow and is protected by copyright.
You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, or sell any content from this site without prior written permission. This includes screenshotting or reproducing product designs for your own production.

6. Limitation of Liability
The Tiny Hollow's liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the item in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We make no warranties, express or implied, beyond what is described on individual product pages.
