Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Because everything is made by hand in small batches, processing time may occasionally run longer during busy periods — if that happens, it will be clear on the listing page or via a banner on the website.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Shipping
I ship domestic orders within the United States. Delivery timeframes depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and are estimates — not guarantees. Once a package leaves my hands, carrier delays are outside my control.
I’m not responsible for:
Packages lost or stolen
Delays due to carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control
Incorrect addresses entered at checkout — please double-check your shipping info before placing your order
If your package is marked delivered but you haven't received it, I recommend checking with neighbors and your local post office first. If it's still missing, reach out and I'll do what I can to help.
International Orders
International shipping is available through my Etsy shop only. I do not ship outside the United States through this website.

Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. Due to the nature of my pieces, I don't accept returns or exchanges.
That said, I want you to love what you receive. If something arrives damaged, broken, or isn't what you ordered, please reach out to me at support@thetinyhollow.com and we'll work something out together. I handle these situations individually and will always try to make it right.
A note on handmade variation: my pieces are made by hand in small batches, which means each piece is a little unique. Slight differences in color, texture, and finish are part of what makes them handmade — not a defect. Product photos are representative of the item, not an exact replica.
Digital Products
Digital products are delivered electronically and are not eligible for returns or refunds once downloaded.
